At first, I had to email customer support because my item wasn't shipping. They responded to my email within a few hours and assured me it was being shipped and gave me an updated time frame. Extremely friendly and professional. The mug itself isn't very large, but that is exactly what I wanted. Very good quality for the price! Will be buying more items in the near future!
